Submittal and Dry Run Fees
- Submittal Fee Deposit: 50% of building permit fee upfront
- Dry Run Fee Deposit (One Review w/ incomplete submittal): 25% of building permit fee upfront
Application Changes
- Change of Contractor: $100.00 per discipline
Scanning Fees
- Documents up to and including 11"x17": $0.15 per sheet side
- Documents larger than 11"x17": $4.00 per sheet side
Printing Fees
- Documents up to and including legal size: $0.15 plus $0.05 for two-sided copy
- Documents larger than legal size and up to and including 11"x17": $0.30 plus $0.10 for double-sided copy
- Documents larger than 11"x17": $6.00 per sheet
Plans Examination Fees
- Re-review of plans: $100 per hour per plan reviewer
- Extensive review post permit issuance (more than 15 min.): $100 per hour
- Expedited Overtime Plan Review (Extended work shift): $100 per hour per reviewer
- Expedited Overtime Plan Review (Weekends / Holidays): $420 for the first three hours plus $140 per additional hour per reviewer

Electrical Permits
- Electrical Turn-On Permit & Inspection: $65.00
- Temporary Electrical Service Permit: $65.00
Mechanical Permits
- Residential A/C change out: $65 up to 4-ton system plus $20 each additional ton or fraction
- A/C and furnace change out: $70 up to 4-ton system plus $20 each additional ton or fraction
- Smoke evacuation test: $400.00 each
Photovoltaic Systems
- Up to 10 kW systems: $260 per trade
- Over 10 kW systems: $260 plus $10 per kW over 10 kW (or any portion thereof) per trade
Temporary Tents / Canopies
- Up to 120 sq. ft.: No permit required
- Over 120 - 500 sq. ft.: $150 for the first tent; $20 per tent for each additional tent
- 500 sq. ft. and larger: $250 for the first tent; $20 per tent for each additional tent
Foundation Only Permit
$1.00 per sq. ft.
Work without Permit(s) Penalty
Per permit penalty: Double permit fee, or as determined by the Building Official (not to exceed 100%).
Permit Extension (Prior to Expiration)
$125.00 or cost of base permit fee; whichever is less.
